We're dedicated to serving you with high quality meat items, fresh meat cuts, and several Oklahoma-sourced products — and because our facility is USDA licensed and inspected, our meat items can be transported and sold in neighboring states too.

Three Rivers Meat Company is a community-owned business located within the Choctaw Nation, proud to employ Choctaw Nation citizens, and proud to retail Choctaw beef. You can also find our brisket, pulled pork, and beef jerky at Choctaw Travel Centers.
Effective April 1, 2026, Three Rivers converted a portion of its butchering space for processed meats and no longer offers outside beef butchering service. In its place, we've grown our custom Value-Add product line — made possible by one of the most award-winning sausage makers in the country — so we can put more energy into what makes Three Rivers stand out: quality, USDA-inspected products made right here at home.
